Location: Didsbury, Manchester Salary: £32,288 As an Energy Contract Officer, youll play a key role in ensuring our communities have reliable and efficient energy supplies. Working as part of the Energy and Heat Network Team, you will coordinate energy supply, metering, and billing for communal energy supplies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will support improvements in energy services through data analysis, trend monitoring, and proactive issue resolution. This role involves managing technical, administrative, and customer service functions across our portfolio, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service and service improvements. What youll be doing Investigate metering and billing issues with third-party contractors. Collate and validate data for tariff setting and service charges. Ensure energy data is accurate, reliable, and up to date to support decision-making. Analyse consumption trends and provide insights to inform performance and investment decisions.
