About The Role
Join our Energy Saver Plan (ESP) team and become the key expert in delivering exceptional customer support and coordinating with our maintenance contractors to ensure seamless management, maximise revenue, and optimise system availability. You’ll own and resolve queries, manage billing and maintenance coordination, and keep customer records spot-on. You’ll also help improve processes, support your teammates with training, and liaise with internal departments to keep things running smoothly.

What you will do…
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email and letter
- Take ownership of and resolve queries related to the Energy Saver Plan
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in relevant systems
- Collaborate with your team and leadership to improve ESP processes and workflows
- Manage and resolve customer escalations or complaints with accountability and professionalism
- Collaborate with third-party contractors to foster strong working relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party contractors to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to team members, serving as a subject matter expert
- Support cost management and operate within the agreed budget
- Manage a variety of ESP administrative responsibilities, including:
- Producing and managing ESP billing
- Coordinate payment collection and the setup of Direct Debits
- Handling complex queries in line with legal contracts
- Processing changes of ownership
- Managing meter readings and related data
- Liaising with internal departments, third parties, and affiliates to reach positive outcomes for customers and the business
- Producing regular reports (weekly/monthly)
- Stay informed on relevant compliance regulations and help ensure best practices are followed
- Act as a subject matter expert and key support contact for the wider Ecotricity group
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required by management
About You

- Experience in the energy industry and of renewable energy (desirable)
