A well-established and highly respected law firm on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its thriving Leasehold Enfranchisement and Block Management department. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complex leasehold disputes and litigation matters
• Advising clients on leasehold enfranchisement and block management issues
• Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5-10 years' PQE in leasehold disputes and enfranchisement
• Proven track record of managing leasehold litigation cases
• South Coast-based or willing to relocate
• Full-time availability preferred
• A following of clients or established referral sources is highly desirable
