Lead on engagement strategies across the school for learners with SLD and PMLD Develop and implement an inclusive, sensory-based curriculum tailored to complex needs Support and coach staff in delivering high-quality, engagement-focused teaching approaches (e.g. intensive interaction, sensory integration, communication strategies) Monitor and evaluate student engagement and progress, using appropriate frameworks and assessment tools Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning Champion a culture where every interaction is seen as an opportunity for learning and connectionThe Ideal Candidate:
