Link2 are currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator who is responsible for providing an efficient and effective administration service and support to the Current Engineering team on a day-to-day basis through a professional and customer orientated service to both internal and external customers.

Role
1. Contractor Management and Compliance: Liaise with contractors daily to ensure adherence to site standards, enabling efficient workflow and supporting permit-to-work processes.
2. Engineering Administration and Systems Support: Manage and improve the CMMS & PPM system, ensure accurate data input/output in JDE, and perform general administrative tasks like shift reports, budget trackers, and filing.
3. Financial Administration: Handle engineering purchase orders (R&M and Capex), resolve related queries, and track engineering spend against budget.
4. Audit and Project Support: Maintain engineering service records for audits and provide administrative support for projects, including PUWER compliance.
Experience:
1. Educational and Technical Skills: GCSE ‘C’ or above in English and Maths, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools; knowledge of JDE is advantageous.
2. Administrative and Analytical Experience: 1-2 years of administrative support, with strong data manipulation and interpretation abilities. And previous CMMS experience is but not essential
3. Interpersonal and Teamwork Abilities: Proven experience working effectively in high-pressure environments, both independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Administer Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS.) For work and parts and Validate CMMS entries and offer feedback
