Engineering Maintenance Manager Kent Commercial Portfolio £55,000£60,000 We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of a commercial property portfolio across Kent, covering Dartford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Ashford, and Folkestone. This is a hands-on management role, ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering high standards across multiple sites. Location: Kent (covering Dartford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Ashford & Folkestone) Salary: £55,000£60,000 per year + Travel / Car Allowance Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the maintenance team across the commercial portfolio. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. Ensure all sites operate safely and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. Monitor contractor performance and manage service providers effectively. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on maintenance, costs, and performance.
