Location: Mitcham Salary: £65k with a bonus scheme Contract Details: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday - 8 am till 4 pm
Responsibilities: Are you ready to take the lead in engineering and maintenance? Join our dynamic team as an Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily maintenance operations and engineering projects. Leading and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to enhance efficiency. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues swiftly and effectively. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Collaborating with other departments to optimize performance and production. Managing budgets and resources to meet operational goals.

Who You Are: You are a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a flair for leadership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results. Your qualifications include:
Proven experience in engineering and maintenance management. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
