Engineering Contract Manager West London £75,000

A career defining opportunity for a Contract Manager to join a big name in the maintenance sector who continues to grow as a major player in the market. With a consistent stream of contract awards we are looking for a Contract Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career.

Looking after a large commercial property in West London, you will be reporting into an Area General Manager responsible for a contract value of £1mn, managing the P&L and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.

Key duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to Area General Manager Running Profit and Loss (P&L) Managing KPI and SLA's.
