is looking for an experienced CNC Estimator & Process Planner to turn detailed drawings into accurate costs and efficient manufacturing routes. This is a key role offering real influence over profitability, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As Engineering Estimator, you'll be translating detailed drawings into accurate costs and developing efficient manufacturing routes. Reporting to the Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include:

Reviewing drawings and specs for CNC turned and milled components.
Building accurate cost estimates across materials, machining and subcontract processes.
Creating clear, practical routings with defined operations and inspection stages.
Working with production and programming to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
Supporting the commercial team with technical input, risks and cost assumptions.About You

Experienced in CNC estimating and process planning (turning and milling).
Confident interpreting complex drawings, tolerances and finishes.
Strong understanding of materials and regulated industry standards.
Commercially aware with a sharp eye for cost and margin.
