Engineering & Maintenance Manager - Lincolnshire - £50,000- £60,000+ About the company We're seeking a proactive and experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead our client's engineering function—ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all plant assets, infrastructure, and utilities. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and compliance of all equipment and site infrastructure. You'll lead a skilled team of engineers, driving preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, and a safety-first culture across the plant.
