We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join our dynamic R&D team, focusing on After Market and Support.
The role
As Engineering Manager - Aftermarket & Support , you will lead a team of NPI and Test Engineers within our Product Lifecycle Management function, delivering aftermarket and support objectives and ensuring documentation is complete, compliant and aligned with best practice.
You will shape and support the sustaining roadmap with a focus on standardisation, efficiency, and continuous improvement-defining processes, establishing clear KPIs, and driving field reliability improvements.
