The Supporter Revenue stream currently comprises 3 teams whose responsibilities align to guide readers through the Supporter lifecycle: from being encouraged to support whilst reading our journalism, to picking the best product for their needs from our portfolio, to providing their payment details, onboarding and transacting successfully, before experiencing an enriched digital experience or receiving their newspaper posted through the door a few weeks later.
