This role is crucial for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of both temporary and permanent works at a major works in Norfolk. Day-to-day of the role: Act as the Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC), managing and coordinating the planning, design, installation, use, and removal of temporary works. Oversee method engineering, buildability, and technical sign-off of both temporary and permanent works. Review technical documentation and implement technical methods and systems to enable construction activities including earthworks, piling, pavement, roadworks, bridges, culverts underpasses, drainage, souring, and lifting operations. Manage engineering risks, including monitoring ground movements, addressing unexpected conditions, and approving critical permits. Coordinate design and construction integration, including change control, method statement reviews, and alignment of temporary and permanent works.
