The One Group are pleased to be working with a family run business in Cambridgeshire who have 30 years’ experience of manufacturing high quality drilling and piling equipment for the Industrial Applications sector and are seeking a Engineering Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

My client are a successful family run business and the turnover has tripled over the last three years and have created a brand new role within the business to develop and grow the business who have an exciting future ahead of them.

The business has a range of machinery including CNC machines and cutting edge plasma technology and are offering a varied role where you will be working closely with the Workshop Manager with the completion of drawings, managing the process of manufacturing and focusing on continuous improvement projects for the business.

The day to duties includes but are not limited to:

Support the Ops Director with drafting and completion of drawings and designs for customer requirements. Support the Ops Director and Workshop Manager in managing the process of manufacturing.
