Job Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Salary: £55,000p.a. - £60,000p.a.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client based in Haverhill is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Engineering Manager your duties will include:

* Ensuring scheduled maintenance and documentation is completed

* Leading and supporting the design and installation of new equipment

* Delivering an engineering support function to the site

* Ensuring plant and equipment operation achieve highest levels of OEE

* Agree with the Production Manager design criteria and specific equipment specifications

* Coordinating parts for the work & performing risk assessments.

An ideal candidate for the Engineering Manager role will have:

* Previous experience in a chemical production environment

* A degree (or equivalent) in chemcial engineering

* Project management skills

* IT literacy
