Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day engineering planning function across the bakery.
- Maintain, improve, and optimise the site CMMS.
- Plan and schedule labour, including weekend engineering coverage.
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is delivered to schedule and recorded accurately.
- Review maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Write and update PPMs, including for new equipment installations.

- You will bring strong planning skills from any sector, including the ability to work with data.
- You will be confident in using IT system including Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS systems would be an advantage.
- You will have experience of managing or coordinating people and influencing positive outcomes.
- You will have experience of working with a range of stakeholder.
- You will have a clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation and good practice.
