Engineering Planning Coordinator Salary £32,000- £35,000\n Based at Stockley Business Park, Uxbridge\n Office-based role during 6-month probation, then 4 day in the office,1 day working from home.\n\nA well-established company in the printing industry, is seeking an Engineering Planning Coordinator to join their dedicated team based in beautiful offices in Stockley Business Park, Uxbridge. This role plays a key part in delivering a high standard of after-sales support, ensuring customers receive efficient, accurate and timely service. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys coordinating activity behind the scenes, working closely with customers, engineers and internal teams to support service delivery across the UK and Republic of Ireland.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service\nHandle customer enquiries, quotations and spare parts orders via phone and email\nLog, manage and track service and spare parts calls from initial request through to invoicing\nCoordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery\nIdentify spare parts using technical manuals, diagrams and internal systems\nMonitor job queues, service schedules and planned maintenance to support operational efficiency\nLiaise with customers and engineers, providing updates, managing escalations and scheduling field resources\nPerform administrative tasks to support service delivery and meet agreed service levels\nCollaborate effectively with internal departments to maintain strong working relationships\nProvide cover across work control, spare parts and installations, including Saturdays on a rotational shift patternExperience & Skills\n\nExperience supporting after-sales, service coordination or customer support teams\nExperience of scheduling engineers\nConfident handling customer enquiries, documentation and service administration\nStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP\nAbility to learn new systems and processes quickly\nExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBenefits\n\n25 days' holiday, rising to 28 days with length of service\nLong-service recognition: watch after 10 years; additional leave and holiday contribution after 20 years\nContributory pension starting at 5%/5%, rising with service\nCycle to work scheme\nFree on-site parking\nFree Friday breakfast\nHours: Monday - Friday 9am -5.15pm / Occasional covering of shifts - 6am -2pm or 11.15 am - 7pm Mon- Friday and 6am - 2pm Saturday, Saturday cover is rare)Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\n\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of , , mental or physical , or gender.
