Engineering Project Coordinator (Electronics)
Stevenage | Hybrid | Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Flexi Leave
You’re working in engineering.
You understand projects.

The Opportunity
This isn’t a support role where you sit on the sidelines.
You’ll be embedded in real engineering projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers, learning how complex defence programmes are delivered, then stepping up to run your own.
You’ll get exposure to:
* Full engineering project lifecycle
* Bid and programme delivery
* Supply chain coordination
* Real-world project planning (Primavera P6)
This is a genuine pathway into an Engineering Project Manager role.
What You’ll Bring
You don’t need to be the finished article, but you do need the foundations:
* Degree in Electronics or Engineering
* Experience in an engineering or technical environment
* Understanding of electronic product development
* Exposure to project planning/scheduling/Excel
* The ability to organise, influence, and keep things moving
Most importantly, you want to grow.
