Engineering Project Manager We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke machine projects from concept to installation. This role suits a driven individual with a background in mechanical engineering and commercial project management. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and external stakeholders, combining strong coordination skills with a practical, on-the-ground approach. You will be ultimately starting the division from scratch, building from the ground up with a view to grow the team in the future. Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of machine build projects - from handover to installation

Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, providing updates and reports

Support production with a hands-on approach during machine build phases

Maintain and manage all project documentation and compliance certifications (CE, UL, UKCA)

Coordinate risk assessments in collaboration with QHSE

Ensure accurate record-keeping within ERP systems (e.g., Epicor)

Track and manage risks, resources, and project outputs

Develop SOPs and support continuous process improvements
