They are looking for a technical authority - someone who knows their way around PLC's (ideally) and to lead the electrical team into a digital-first future.

The Mission

You aren't just "fixing things.". Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will:

Own the Standards: From software version control to LOTO processes, you set the bar for "what good looks like." Mentor the Team: You’ll take our shift electricians from "good" to "elite" through hands-on coaching and performance development. Drive the Tech: Support our site’s digitalisation strategy. If there’s a repeat issue, you’re the one finding the root cause and killing it for good. Lead the Projects: Manage capital project electrical scopes and third-party contractors.
