Location: Central London - Regent Street, West End
Terms: Permanent Contract, Full Time - 40 hours per week
Salary/rate: Salary up to £55,000 + package
Requirements: Qualifications Required
Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Essential) Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Lead Engineer within Facilities Management / Building Services Strong technical background within M&E maintenance Experience working on high-end commercial or corporate buildings Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clientsAbout the company:
