We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor/Foreman to join our team someone with hands-on expertise and a natural ability to lead by example on the shop floor. On offer is an interesting & varied role where you will be overseeing a small team plus working on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support daily operations within the workshop Supervision of the factory facility & improving performance Liaising with the office staff to ensure all components are ready on time Reporting any issues to management Uphold a safe, clean and compliant working environment Visual inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met
