The Role We are recruiting an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead service delivery across a large academic estate in Greenwich. This role sits within a well-established facilities operation supporting a complex mixed-use portfolio, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to high compliance and service standards. You will supervise a multi-skilled engineering team covering mechanical, electrical, HVAC and fabric services, ensuring statutory compliance, asset reliability, and excellent customer experience for residents and stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership, technical credibility, and the ability to operate within a performance-driven FM environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for labour coordination, subcontractor management, CAFM utilisation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
