Location: Sleaford
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum basic
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Engineering Team Leader on behalf of one of our clients.
Hours: 42 hours - 4 on 4 off days and nights 05:30 – 17:30 / 17:30 – 05:30.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to a team of mechanical, electrical, multi-skilled and semi-skilled engineers. Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH regulations, and ensure all staff understand and adhere to their Health & Safety responsibilities when operating machinery. Support the training, development and assessment of staff in safe and effective machine operation. Work closely with visiting engineers and contractors to ensure agreed improvements and modifications are implemented effectively and deliver the intended business benefits.
