Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer for a Engineering Team Leader to join their production facility in High Peak.
This is an opportunity for a level 3 qualified Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step, to get into the buoyant FMCG sector. It's all about hiring on attitude & aptitude NOT unrealistic experience levels.

As a Engineering Team Leader your key responsibilities include:
Acting as a hands-on lead engineer within the team.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and GMP compliance.
Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance support across all production areas.
Highlight areas for performance improvement and reliability across the site.
Responsible for maintaining critical spares levels and ordering for shift.
Support training within other teams such as production.
Coach and train junior team members and also highlight areas of development.
What You'll Bring:
Electrically trained to level 3 as a minimum.
Some supervisory experience is essential.
Manufacturing experience - FMCG / Food is advantageous.
Pro-active mind set with a desire to drive improvements is a must.
