A leading UK manufacturer within the ventilation and HVAC sector is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to drive product innovation and lead a high-performing engineering team. The Role Overview

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will take full ownership of the product design lifecycle, from concept through to delivery, within a dynamic R&D environment
\n
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of engineers, with the Engineering Team Leader responsible for fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
\n
Manage and oversee product development and design activities, using strong CAD expertise to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
\n
Provide strategic direction as an Engineering Team Leader, ensuring all engineering projects align with wider business goals and industry standards
\n

Ideal Candidate
\n
\n
Proven experience working as an Engineering Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or R&D environment
\n
Strong CAD experience with a track record of owning product design and development projects end-to-end
\n
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop engineers directly, driving performance and engagement
\n
Background within ventilation, HVAC, air handling, or a related engineering sector is highly desirable
\n
