Engineering Team Leader\n\nLocation - Leicester\n\nShift Pattern - Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm\n\nSalary - £53,425\n\nWe are recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join a well renowned FMCG Manufacturer in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers, advocating continuous improvement, and consistently maintaining high standards as well as a safe environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers and technicians across multiple shifts\nPlan and coordinate weekly and monthly maintenance activity, ensuring parts and resources are available\nOversee preventative and reactive maintenance on complex manufacturing and packaging equipment\nRespond to equipment breakdowns, coordinating fault-finding and implementing long-term corrective actions\nUse CMMS data to analyse performance, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives\nPerform 1-1s with Engineers, and manage their KPIs\nSupport small capital and improvement projectsRequirements:\n\nLevel 3 equivalent qualifications in Engineering, such as (NVQ, BTEC etc)\nStrong experience within both electrical and mechanical principles\nExperience within an FMCG environment\nExperience in a similar role, such as (engineering lead, lead engineer, senior engineer, maintenance team leader, maintenance shift leader, engineering supervisor)\nAbility to work independentlyShould this role be of interest, please apply or to for more information
