We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to lead and develop a shift team of Engineers at our Ashbourne site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, multi-skilled engineer ready to step into (or further develop within) a leadership role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
The Role
As Engineering Team Leader, you will lead your shift team to optimise engineering performance, reduce breakdowns, drive preventative maintenance and support continuous improvement across site.
You'll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and develop shift Engineers, including Apprentices
Drive breakdown reduction and effective PPM delivery
Champion Marel PMS service kits for scheduled works
Ensure compliance with engineering, safety and environmental legislation
Oversee shift maintenance, installations and contractor management
