Your day-to-day will involve:\n\nTechnical Leadership: Diagnosing complex machine issues and implementing robust engineering solutions to prevent recurrence.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Identifying equipment enhancements to boost productivity, safety, and quality standards.\n\nOperational Excellence: Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set to validated standards and maintaining accurate maintenance logs via SAP.\n\nMentorship: Coaching and guiding technical associates to promote high-quality workmanship and effective knowledge transfer.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team\n\nWe are looking for a dedicated technician with a strong engineering aptitude and a supportive attitude.\n\nEducation/Experience: A Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) OR proven experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong fault-finding abilities.
