The role of an English Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Work closely with students aged 11-18 who have a range of SEND needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Support teachers in creating inclusive and engaging classroom environments. Monitor student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans. Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure every child receives the care and guidance they need.What we're looking for:
