The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons in GCSE English and Functional Skills to learners aged 16-18, supporting them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE and/or Functional Skills English to 16-18-year-old learners. Plan and assess lessons to meet a range of learner needs, ensuring progress and achievement. Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback. Essential Requirements: Experience teaching in a college environment or delivering GCSE and Functional Skills English to 16-18-year-olds.
