We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join the trust's bank of staff, offering consistency, regular schools and better pay. Alongside long term opportunities across the Trust. Position Overview: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various grade levels. You will step in for absent teachers, ensuring that learning objectives are met and students receive the support they need to continue their educational journey seamlessly. There will also be the opportunity of long term positions within English across the secondary schools. In the long term positions planning and marking and other responsibilities will be expected. Long term positions the pay is calculated to coincide with AWR parity pay Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and maintain continuity of learning. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of teacher absence. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching in education settings is preferred but not essential.
