An exciting opportunity has become available at a local secondary school in the S5 area, who are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team from January until Easter.\n\nAbout the School:\n The school is a supportive secondary setting with a strong focus on academic progress, positive behaviour, and inclusive learning. It welcomes pupils from a range of backgrounds and promotes high standards across teaching and learning.\n\nAbout the Role:\n As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils with literacy development, exam preparation, and confidence in the classroom.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPlan and deliver English lessons in line with the national curriculum\n\nTeach across KS3 and KS4\n\nAssess and monitor pupil progress\n\nMaintain a positive and well-managed classroom\n\nWork collaboratively with colleagues\n\nQualifications:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent\n\nSpecialism in English\n\nStrong classroom management skills\n\nExperience teaching in UK secondary schools is desirable\n\nThis is a great opportunity to teach English in a supportive secondary school in Sheffield.
