The Role | English Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Inspire students to explore literature, develop analytical skills, and achieve their potential.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop a stimulating and effective curriculum.
- Get involved in extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.
- A welcoming and inclusive school community.
- Ongoing professional development and clear career progression.
- Supportive environment with mentorship for ECTs and established teachers seeking 2IC or HoD roles.
- A qualified English Teacher with QTS and a relevant degree from a UK University.
- Proven experience delivering engaging lessons.
- Positive, collaborative, and student-focused approach.
- Commitment to academic achievement and personal development of students.
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
