Job Title: Secondary English Teacher Location: Bury Start Date: ASAP Salary: £150 – £250 per day (depending on experience) Hours: Full Time

TeacherActive are proud to be working with a vibrant and supportive Secondary School in Stockport who are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Teacher to join their team. This role is open to english specialism, with opportunities to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential) Have at least 6 months’ experience teaching in a UK Secondary School (essential) Be a committed and engaging classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupils Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability across different age groups and abilities Be open to new ideas, flexible, and a great team player ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply! This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a supportive environment with the potential for long-term or permanent work.
