The school are looking for:

-          Excellent behaviour management and classroom presence

-          Ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire a love of English

-          Strong subject knowledge across KS3–KS4

-          Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to department initiatives

-          Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and parents

Experience is preferred but not required, ECT encouraged to apply!

Salary would be inline with teaching scale point (M1-UPS3) so dependent on experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
