Design personalised learning plans that target specific gaps and exam objectives. Support learners with different needs, including those with mild SEN or low confidence. Use a range of teaching strategies to enhance comprehension, writing and analysis skills. Track and report on student progress, maintaining open communication with parent/ carers or support staff. Requirement: PGCE in Secondary Education or PGCE in English Minimum 1 year experience teaching or tutoring GCSE English. Right to work in the UK.
