Overview

Entegral is excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Product Analyst to join the Global Product Discovery Team.

Entegral products are used by the Enterprise Mobility Operations worldwide and by some of the top 10 Insurers and Repairers across the UK and Ireland. You will support Entegral's Product Discovery efforts to foster UK growth and European expansion. This role involves market, process, and product research to inform product strategies for current and future SaaS solutions.

This position will collaborate with Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Sales/Business Development teams to provide insights for improving existing solutions and developing innovative concepts to bring to market.

Location

This role is remote/hybrid, with some travel required to visit customers, Enterprise Mobility Campuses, and the Entegral office in Egham and Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data-driven strategy for market understanding and product positioning.
• Facilitate product discovery discussions and interviews with various teams and customers to gather feedback.
• Create methods to collect feedback from customer advisory groups and industry consultants to guide product strategies.
• Prepare business case documents and presentations to support new ideas through the product lifecycle.
• Support the development of new product concepts into specifications or user stories, including acceptance criteria.
• Ensure new product concepts align with strategic goals and market needs, using product intuition and design sense.
• Provide market research insights and recommendations to guide product development and business strategies, considering security risks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Skills in data analysis, visualization, or statistics.
• Experience working in an agile environment, preferably in the Automotive Claims/Repair Industry.
• Ability to use data, user feedback, and intuition for effective product decision-making.

Salary: Competitive

Location: Work from home (UK-based), occasional travel to European HQ in Egham and Leeds office.
