Enterprise Account Executive – Banking, Financial Services & Insurance £70,000 – £90,000 base | £150,000 OTE year one | £200,000+ OTE year two Responsibilities
Focus purely on winning new enterprise clients and complex advisory engagements across Transformation & Change Programmes, Strategic & Operational Advisory, and Large-Scale Business Improvement Initiatives. Close average deals of £150 k with several deals worth £1 m+; sales cycles typically around 2–3 months. Engage with large enterprise organisations across Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Betting and Consumer Credit.
Qualifications
Experience selling into large enterprise organisations. Proven success with complex, multi‑stakeholder deals. Track record of closing deals worth £100 k+. Strong consultative discovery and value‑based selling skills. Backgrounds in Professional Services / Consulting, Managed Services, Enterprise Software/SaaS, Transformation or Strategic Programmes are highly desirable.
