Leveraging the Achievers Employee Experience Platform, you will guide Enterprise and Large global clients (10,000+ employees) across EMEA to foster a culture of recognition and performance. Your expertise in complex software sales, particularly in the HR tech space, will empower you to demonstrate how Achievers’ solutions—spanning recognition, rewards, feedback, and engagement tools—can drive talent retention, productivity, and organizational success.You will be operating in a hybrid work environment with a collaborative team based throughout the UK and our brand-new office in Holborn (London) with the ability to work remotely part of your workweek. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition.ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients using various methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound marketing leads.Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conducting in-depth product demos to showcase the SaaS solution’s value to prospective clients, emphasizing how it addresses their specific needs.Consultative Selling: Engaging with prospects to understand their business challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with the SaaS platform's capabilities, and building a strong business case for adopting the product.Pipeline Management: Managing a sales pipeline through different stages of the sales process, tracking interactions, and moving deals towards closure using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.Contract Negotiation and Closing: Working with decision-makers and procurement teams to negotiate contracts and close deals, including pricing discussions and compliance with legal and procurement processes.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, sales goals, and customer needs.Quota Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets with disciplined time management and strategic planning.Market and Product Feedback: Gathering insights from prospects and customers to inform product improvements and feature requests.Sales Reporting: Updating sales performance, forecasts, and progress against quotas using CRM systems.Qualifications3+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech spaceMust be proficient in speaking French or GermanConsistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goalsHunter mentality with a passion for net-new salesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience selling to C-suite executivesSelf-starter with ability to work in a dynamic environmentBachelor’s degreeExperience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects and proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach and Microsoft SuiteWhy you’ll love working at AchieversWe are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.
