This is a high-impact leadership role with strong executive visibility and the opportunity to shape regional security strategy. The Opportunity You will be responsible for executing enterprise security strategy across EMEA, leading a team of specialists and driving maturity across core security domains. Key Responsibilities

Translate security strategy into regional operational plans Lead and develop a high-performing security team Oversee core areas: Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Risk & Compliance, Security Awareness Act as escalation point for major security incidents Manage KPIs, reporting, and executive dashboards Drive audit readiness and process standardisation Collaborate with global security teams Manage vendor relationships and governance

Requirements

Strong experience in Cyber Security, Risk and Compliance Proven leadership in enterprise environments Knowledge of ISO 27001, CIS, OWASP Experience across areas such as Architecture, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management or Application Security Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills Experience in multinational organisations
