Role Summary
You will identify, engage, and secure corporate partnerships for Lateral Connect by positioning our cybersecurity talent and training solutions to HR, L&D, and senior leadership stakeholders.
This is a consultative, outcome-led role focused on building long-term partnerships - not transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate prospects (HR, L&D, CSR, CISO level)
- Initiate and lead outreach conversations (LinkedIn, email, network)
- Run discovery conversations to identify workforce / talent gaps
- Position Lateral Connect as a talent pipeline + upskilling solution
- Secure meetings and support deal progression through to close
- Collaborate on proposals for cohort sponsorships and partnerships (£5k–£25k+)
Ideal Experience
- Experience selling into HR, L&D, or enterprise stakeholders
- Background in training, education, apprenticeships, or workforce solutions
- Proven track record of closing or contributing to £5k+ B2B dealsComfortable with consultative selling (not script-based outreach)Strong understanding of professional services or talent solutions
