You will be responsible for the end-to-end physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods supporting us as we navigate through the next part of our journey.About the RoleThe Enterprise Services Principal Administrator (Identity) will be responsible for the end-to-end physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods supporting usas we navigate through the next part of our journey. This will cover both our current on premises data centres and driving our move to the cloud as part of our cloud strategyThis role will be key in delivering our infrastructure transformation over the next 3/5 years and will be responsible for build, support, and delivery of the platform that will be at the core of Harrods IT going forward.About YouOur ideal candidate will be a technical leader across IT Infrastructure (IaC covering Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Kubernetes, Entra, AD, VCF and Azure Infrastructure), that can also demonstrate clear leadership in infrastructure transformation, with a very clear focus on delivery and optimisation.It is important that have detailed knowledge around the delivery of Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration. (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab). As well as strong technical knowledge including Ubuntu, Red Hat, VMWare VCF, Data Centre, Enterprise networking, WAN/LAN/WLAN, Routing, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAN optimisation, ZTNA services, Load BalancingYou will also have the following;Experience with managing Atlassian Confluence / Atlassian JiraSolid understanding of governance policies, implementing and designing policiesStrong ability to influence and negotiateAbout UsHarrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores and we’re becoming a destination for top designers, and the most sought-after brands from around the globe.
