You will join one of our specialist Data and AI teams, sitting alongside experienced successful recruiters who you can learn from. What you can expect Months 1 to 3 In your cohort you will be with our Learning & Development trainers 4 days a week. The focus will be on teaching you how to source and screen candidates. Months 4 to 6 You will move into Sales/Business Development training and will learn how to source and pitch your services to clients. After the initial 6 months training academy you will be on your way to becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant, taking ownership for both clients and candidates and earning uncapped commission on every placement you make.
