As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained from day one in:

• Mapping US construction markets and competitor landscapes
• Conducting phone-led search campaigns (not CV-farming)
• Developing long-term client relationships
• Managing full 360 recruitment processes
• Working on retained, exclusive, and high-quality contingent searches

You’ll operate in US time zones where required — this is a serious, professional sales role with high expectations.

Progression is clearly defined and performance-based, not tenure-led:

• Associate → Consultant → Senior Consultant typically within 18–24 months
• Average time from Consultant to Senior: ~12 months
• Young leadership team, with the youngest manager promoted at 23
• Long-term opportunities in team leadership, division management, and equity participation for top performers

Earnings & commission

• £27,500 Basic Salary
