What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment is a sales driven role where you'll be building your own business within ours.
Become a specialist in a niche IT market - own it, and dominate it Build a client base from scratch, create opportunities, and develop long term relationships Source, pitch, negotiate and close - you'll run the full 360 recruitment process Manage your pipeline: adverts, calls, leads, interviews, offers Hit targets, smash KPIs and reap the rewards
