Job Description
Are you ambitious, curious, and interested in the world of finance and technology? We’re a specialist recruitment firm focused on buy-side technology & change , and we’re looking for an entry-level Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
What you’ll be doing:
Sourcing and screening candidates across technology, data, and change roles within hedge funds, asset managers, and private markets firms
Building long-term relationships with high-calibre professionals
Supporting senior consultants on live mandates
We’re looking for:
Strong communication skills
Drive, resilience, and a willingness to learn
An interest in finance, technology, or both (no prior knowledge required!)
Someone who wants to build a career, not just find a job
What you’ll get:
Up to £25,000 base salary, depending on experience
Hands-on training from experienced recruiters
A collaborative team culture where you can influence how the business grows
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
