What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and screening candidates across technology, data, and change roles within hedge funds, asset managers, and private markets firms
• Building long-term relationships with high-calibre professionals
• Supporting senior consultants on live mandates

We’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills
• Drive, resilience, and a willingness to learn
• An interest in finance, technology, or both (no prior knowledge required!)
• Someone who wants to build a career, not just find a job
