The Oval Partnership is currently recruiting a Site HSE Lead role for a specialist European food group at their manufacturing facility near Glasgow, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment professional to build and lead the site safety culture from the ground up.

This is a days-based role, working Monday to Thursday, offering an excellent work-life balance.

This is an incredible opportunity to own the HSE function for a site and the HSE Lead will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing all health and safety programs and training, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for everyone.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as Food, FMCG, Pharma, or Packaging.
• A NEBOSH certification as a minimum qualification, my client offers support to continue your studies to diploma level
• A proactive approach to HSE, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing a strong safety culture.
