We’re looking for a QHSE Manager to join our client. In this role, you’ll be the key advisor to senior management, ensuring compliance with all H&S regulations and promoting a culture of safety across the organisation. You’ll manage audits, investigations, and collaborate closely with HR and other departments to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor company compliance with Health & Safety regulations and advise senior management on risks.
• Establish, maintain, and promote Group H&S policies and procedures for continual improvement.
• Conduct internal audits of the H&S Management System.
• Act as the main point of contact for H&S investigations and reporting.
• Manage and document investigations into adverse incidents.
• Work closely with HR to align safety and personnel processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• NEBOSH Certificate (General or Construction) OR 10+ years in a Health & Safety environment.
• Experience managing IMS incorporating ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Knowledge of Facilities Management, Architectural Design, or Construction with H&S relevance.
• Internal Audit qualification or 5+ years auditing experience.
